A holiday 5k - windswept & interesting!

I'm on holiday in Caithness this week, and finally managed to fit in a run. As the great Billy Connolly once observed, they're not short of wind up here! We've had a great time though & the scenery is amazing. Enjoy this view of Dunnet Bay looking windswept & interesting 🌊.

Yes, it was lovely & really the first chance I've had since arriving - if I'd tried earlier there's a fair chance I could've been blown into the sea for an impromptu swim!

I’m excited to be off to Devon for a jolly this weekend. Running gear is PACKED 👍🏼 Like you, I think I’ll be constantly stopping to take pics!

Doing OK thanks; still plugging away! I always make a point of taking my running gear whenever I go away anywhere (& *nearly* always use it). I've discovered it's lovely to run somewhere new & I hope you have a grand time in Devon - I was in Cornwall during the summer & it was beautiful. Looking forward to seeing your pics!
