Onward with the final run of week 2 of Bridge-to-10K. This followed last Saturday's Parkrun, then a couple of C25K 30-min consolidation runs. As always, felt like walking but plugged on. B210K W3 next. I'm going to be the first person to reach 5K at the end of the 10K programme.

B210K W2R3 But still no 5K.
So close! It’ll happen, just keep doing what you’re doing …👍
By the looks of it you have already reached 5k with the Parkruns (doesn't matter if you are walking some of this). You are only on Week 3 of the B210K, so have plenty of time to increase your time running to 60 mins (a year after graduation I'm just about at 60 mins and you are nearly there already!) or slowly work towards 10k. But does it really matter if you just stay at around 30 mins or sometimes 5k? Not really - you are getting out there and moving - us snails should be proud of doing just that. You are doing brilliantly, so well done. Also, lots of people on this forum seem to do "Jeffing", which is walk/run. Maybe you would enjoy that. 🤗🤗🏃♂️🚶♂️🏃♂️🚶♂️🏃♂️
Thanks for the fine words of encouragement. My push is for 60 minutes of continuous running. Whatever distance that gets me isn't as important as the stamina that that amount of time implies. I'm getting fit for squash and in my experience, 60 minutes of solid effort is the kind of endurance that is necessary for those long squash five-setters.
