Hello fellow runners. I don't know what's happening to me, but I'm beginning to look forward to my running days- could it be the running bug caught me too? ๐.
Nothing spectacular about a 5k run when you're training for a 10k other than that I had a pb today. Completed my 5k in 42mins, improved from 48mins when I first attempted 5k๐
I think this B210k challenge is beginning to improve my runs and I am loving it.
Thank you all for sharing your experience.

Hi Gerilicious, yep, youโve caught the bug alright, and thereโs no cure! I caught my bug back in C25K actually. Possibly even during W1!
Youโll get to 10k. Itโs definitely worth aiming for and is very doable. Like in C25K, I embraced the all important slow and steady mantra, with speed (for me) broadly irrelevant. I ran my first 10k about 10 days ago and enjoyed every moment.
Keep enjoying your running. Keep us updated with your progress too. Youโre clearly loving it! ๐๐ Good luck! ๐๐
Awww thanks Peggy. All the best for tomorrow as you start week 2. I can see you have achieved 10k in the past, so you can definitely do it again. I like to do my extras on my rest days, really does help my legs. Happy running!๐
