Hi All,

im running my 1st 10 k charity run in 5 weeks and have done an 8 k up until now but am having issues with muscle soreness and tightness, does anyone have any tip , dynamic stretches to help relieve these issues .

It depends on which muscles. Have you seen James Dunne's videos?

Soreness and tightness AFTER a run? I was watching this the other day. (I like these guys.) You could, or should, do these on your rest days too.

They mention using the foam roller but the demo is on a different video, but a foam roller is good.
