Move along, nothing to see here just a simple 30-min post-Parkrun jog after a couple of days of rest. It was sunny with a light breeze, most pleasant no drama, no new ground broken, no records set. I'm still not sure that I'm actually running rather than shuffle-walking, but that's a gripe on which I'm not going to fixate.

Definitely running! Slow-runs are delicious! Not that I run fast but I love my slow running. Pleasant as you say. Enjoy!
