Hooray! 🌟Mini D-d's graduation day over on C25k🌟

Soooo proud today! Dabby-dot ran W9R3 this morning, choosing her favourite route of recent weeks, this being a run leading down to the river and ruins of the medieval manor house.

I had a really proud mum moment as I watched her running in front of me and could noticeably see her switch up a gear in the last minute of her run. Fabulous! 🥰

You're both very welcome. I still have friends I made at uni and I hope D-d will be as fortunate. In fact one of them got me into C25K, and my subsequent running has duly astounded not only me, but my uni flatmates, as I was definitely the least sporty of all of us!

Believe me it will come around fast . By the time you get over the "I'm so proud of my daughter" bit she'll be on her way back!- First Christmas song on the radio yesterday- allbeit as part of a discussion about how early is too early- Consensus was too early!
