10k creeping up on me..

Hello lovely lot

Don't post very often but love to read all your running stories and achievements. I'm slowly upping the k's for my 10k race in September. Well I say race, it'll be my own pace race which is definitely slow steady and tortoise like. However I'm beyond chuffed that I can now complete 7k, super duper proud in fact. On my last run I even made acquaintance with Sadieruns 'robot legs'. They didn't stick around long but were a joy to meet nevertheless! Happy running all 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃🏃

Thank you he is a year old and still very much a puppy (even though he is humongous and weights 100 pounds!). His name is Reggie and is the friendliest dog I've ever seen!

Yay! Well done. I found getting to 7k was a breakthrough on the way to 10k - after that it all seemed doable. You'll be at 10k before you know it!
