Hello lovely lot
Don't post very often but love to read all your running stories and achievements. I'm slowly upping the k's for my 10k race in September. Well I say race, it'll be my own pace race which is definitely slow steady and tortoise like. However I'm beyond chuffed that I can now complete 7k, super duper proud in fact. On my last run I even made acquaintance with Sadieruns 'robot legs'. They didn't stick around long but were a joy to meet nevertheless! Happy running all 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃🏃

Thank you he is a year old and still very much a puppy (even though he is humongous and weights 100 pounds!). His name is Reggie and is the friendliest dog I've ever seen!

Yay! Well done. I found getting to 7k was a breakthrough on the way to 10k - after that it all seemed doable. You'll be at 10k before you know it!
