10K in the bag!! 😅🥳😁

Hey you lovely lot! This morning me and my absolutely fantastic 8 year old Son smashed 10K (me running and him cycling alongside) in 1 hour 6 minutes on a beautiful trail nearby. It's my first 10K run and we are so chuffed with ourselves. 😁 Half of the 10K is on a slight uphill too and absolutely no way to avoid that, we took it steady and we did it! No stopping (except for a quick gulp of water). I'm feeling amazing!

Thanks AlMorr, yeah it is nice we were together and we have these memories to look back on. I got him a little medal ready for when we achieved it. A 10k cycling medal engraved on the back, see pic. ☺️ He was well chuffed.

Thank you so much damienair. I never know if my pace is good or not and I went in with the goal of just achieving 10k no matter how long it took but I was pleased. ☺️

Super well done Skiddle1! That’s brilliant 🤩. How lovely to have your son riding alongside too, makes me think of the old Rocky films where his coach was cycling alongside 😁. Great job on that hill too. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️
