That looks like a magnificent walk, so nice to be able to complete a circuit round a loch/lake/reservoir. Well done 🤗

Lovely place for a walk, my son did some dinghy sailing there when he was a lot smaller! Hope your discs get better soon.

Looks like a lovely walk. I completely sympathise with your disc issues, I have been out of action for almost 6 months now with the same issue. Did the c25k earlier this year, discovered I loved running then got this flare up. I’m just in final stages of recovery and itching to get started again! I hope you are getting treatment and wish you a speedy recovery. Back injuries absolutely suck!
