Just a little Iβm so proud of myself post! I completed C25K in July from no running ever, had my second baby last August and across last couple years have loss just shy of 10 stone (a whole person!), so this year from Christmas has been about fitness and and using exercise and particularly running for the only form of me time I get with a 1 and 3 yr old!
First non stop running 10k, 1hr 17 even with starting with a hill and the many roads involved! Now I know I can actually do it Iβm going to commit to keep building on this and pace.
So yeah go me πͺππΌββοΈπ₯΅π₯°

Massive congratulations what a fantastic set of achievements you must be so very proud of yourself and rightly so. 2 toddlers is hard enough work without putting in the hours to reach 10k but what a great way to spend your own time - fresh air and space to think. Happy running π€
What a fantastic set of achievements, well done you π I can totally relate as I started running again (after about a 5 year break) when my youngest was just coming up to 4 months old and my eldest was nearly 3. Totally relished the me time. I've just had the best part of a year out due to injury and totally loving the time to myself again while I'm out there running. Keep up the fantastic work and enjoy all that you time π
You know, you are just totally amazing? What a set of achievements, and now 10k to boot. Massive congratulations! β¨πβοΈπβ¨π«
Nice work and yes you totally should be proud! It takes dedication, determination, setting priorities right, doing it when you donβt feel like it sometimes and you obviously broke through all these barriers! Really good work!
Wow!! Well done on both your weight loss AND your 10k!!! What a great couple of achievements and you are setting such a good healthy example to your babies too. πππ
Pub Quiz Trivia: the original Lincoln Cathedral spire was the tallest structure in the world... until it fell down in 1548. It was even taller than the pyramids.
Well done on both the 10k and the 10 stone! π
If I lost 10 stone there'd be almost nothing left of me! π€£
(I have lost just under 2 stone in the last 18 months, though.)
Wow! So many great achievements to congratulate you on. 10k is a real achievement ππ»ππ»π₯³π so well done! You should be very proud of yourself!
