23 degrees - positively arctic!

A lot cooler this evening so a 5K completed just as the sun set. No great shakes timewise but if I beat 45 minutes any time I treat it as a bonus for me (I was just over!)

PR volunteering and then a 10K on Saturday. Less than 20 degrees forecast - not yet time for gloves!!!!

Well done on 45 mins Rennur, in my book that’s pretty fast! It’s cooler here too this morning, much nicer to run in!

Well done! I have a run planned today after work, but they promise warm temperatures + rain / storm. If it's a storm, I fear I'll pass though...
