Doing 15 mins today felt like it would be a bit cheaty so decided to make it harder. I headed for undulating ground and some short sharp inclines around the estate (housing type not me living it up running in my grounds 🤣🤣🤣)
I also pushed the pace just a little so I was uncomfortable. This is generally a breathing rather than leg issue. A fellow forumite calls it getting comfortable with uncomfortable. 👍
Finished off with some squats today as did a gazillion planks and bridges in Pilates yesterday 😊

😂 I saw your planks post when I got back from my Pilates class tonight, it made me laugh wryly! What a good run you did today, the short run is a great opportunity to push it a little, good job!
I think you’re spot on with that notion of feeling uncomfortable. If we want to push ourselves then we have to accept we’ll feel a bit of discomfort and that’s something we don’t do very often in everyday life.
