We Did It!

Just received an email which states..

The previous record stood at 6,718 which was a tough record to beat!

Firstly let us start by saying a huge thank you for taking part in the World record attempt we are still collecting our official final numbers and evidence but we have received so far a total of 9,196 submissions! And Counting...

There are still 5 days left for evidence to be submitted and we will then be able to release the final number and then submit all evidence to Guinness.

There was a point yesterday where our server crashed with the amount of people trying to log their evidence and on more than one occasion we thought you'd all give up trying and we wouldn't make the numbers but you didn't, you didn't give up and for that we are truly grateful!

So from all of us here at End To End we want to congratulate and thank you all for being part of this extraordinary World Record Attempt!

Hi Birdlady64 , currently away in motorhome with intermittent internet access so missed previous posts. I did 5k on Saturday 4th, is that the qualifying date and if so is it still possible to send evidence without having pre registered ? Please could you supply link if so ? I got the mail too! I only entered the day AFTER the run, but I could still enter, seen I did a 10K on the day itself. So without having realized it on the day itself, I am a world record holder too *grin*. Next up is on the 19th the 10K world record.
