Hello again and welcome to the bridge to 10kThe 10k plan is not an app .
It is an 8 week plan that can be found in the link below , but as a new graduate it is advisable to go through a few weeks of consolidation first before extending your distance.

The plan linked by Instructor57 is brilliant, you can opt eg to do speed or hill work on the short runs and slow down for the longer runs. Some opt to first run the time version if they haven’t reached on or near 5k so that they don’t have too much of a jump in distance then swap to the distance plan as they work through it. Congratulations on your graduation. If you look in pinned posts you will find advice on what is the best route post graduation and there’s a consolidation club to keep up with your peer group. Once you Have done 3 weeks consolidation and then worked your way up to 5k, the magic plan is a great way to safely get to 10k .
