What follows C25K?

I've been consolidating my C25K runs for a month or so now and have joined the bridge to 10k forum. In there I find myself going round in circles looking for a plan to follow. Is there some step by step guidance like we had in C25K? If so which app should we use as there are a few to choose from? Any pointers welcome. Thanks.

This is the plan lots of people have followed. There is no audio prompts like c25k . You can do the timed version that will get you to 60 minutes of running or the distance of 10k. Good luck 😊

Thanks Buddy34 but I don’t see a plan. I follow magic 10k link and see lots of discussion about weeks 4 and 3 but not the 10k plan. Maybe it should be pinned as the top post?

👍 thanks again, Buddy34. That’ll do it. I had seen it before somewhere but was unable to put my finger on it.

Look for 10K on the App Store ... there are a couple or join us in May for the next Ju Ju Magic Plan 😊

Ok Thanks, Annie. I assumed one might be more closely tuned to this forum but if not I’ll try them all and choose from there.

You can start the magic plan anytime you want. Don’t feel you have to wait until the end of this one. You can do the 3 runs a week in any order and you can take more than one rest day; just do what suits you.

And it is magic . I never thought I would run 10k but it got me there and beyond. Let juju know you have joined it in the thread and you will be welcomed.

Good luck with your journey to 10k, you did the hard work to 5k so the next stage is totally attainable. Happy running

Thanks! Firstly I’ll be resting a strain picked up whilst running some hills (hopefully a minor set back). Then slowly starting the 10K plan staying on the flat for now.
