I am due to graduate C25K on Saturday. I have managed a 5k without stopping which I did in 35 mins. So what next? I’d like to go sub 30 and when I’ve looked up how to speed up, it says faster short runs and slower longer runs, which to me is what Ju-Ju’s plan looks like. So shall I move onto that? What to do next?
