Decided the hot weather was perfect excuse for a break from outside running. Running on the dread mill at the gym not as nice but much cooler atm. Also doing a few aerobic classes which I’m enjoying so good to be back in the gym with real classes. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Well done Scruff! 👏 Sounds like you’re sorted! I don’t belong to a gym anymore, so I’m taking advantage of the slightly cooler temperatures early in the morning for my runs. 😀
Congratulations Scruff55 on running on the dreadmill (treadmill to new people on C25K) in the gym, as long as it is cooler than outside, that's the main thing, I ran my 58th not parkrun at 7 o'clock this morning, the temperature was 16C, not too bad, I certainly wouldn't want to run at any other time of the day as the temperature is to go to 25C or higher later.
Yes it’s touching 27 here in Cumbria but feels like 32so even early morning it’s still about 18. Temp not dropping overnight to much less than 16 so I decided to use my gym membership again. 🤣🤣☀️☀️☀️
The hip seems to like running on the treadmill atm and as it’s so hot I thought I would just continue for a while. Still no word from specialists so if it’s better for hip I’ll just keep going to the gym. 👟👟👟🏋️💪🤣🤣🤣🤣☀️☀️☀️☀️
Ooh I've not ran since Sunday, it's far too hot.. but I did do a 30 min speed walk on the treadmill and some strength training this morning.. need to up my game and get out early 😳
I was awake at 5 this morning but the sun was already up and it felt quite warm already so I decided to stick to my decision and go to the gym again tomorrow and do a treadmill run 🤣take care and stay safe and well hydrated if you’re going to run outside
