I gave myself a birthday run today

I had decided yesterday that I was going to run today as my treat to myself 🤣🤣. It was windy but not as cold as last weeks runs so I set off nice and steady. I managed to complete W8r1 quite nicely no niggles and a cool breeze on my back to get me home. A hot coffee and a honey croissant waiting for me for my birthday breakfast 🥐🥐. Mmm very nice too. As I share my birthday with my 3 year old grandson there was a FaceTime chat with him to show me his new toys ( fire engine police motorcycle and helicopter all making various noises). So this afternoons party is going to be a nice quiet affair🤣🤣🤣. I think not but it’s going to keep me young sharing this birthday and there will always be 🎂 🍰🧁🥮🍥 🤣🤣🤣🤣 happy running everyone 🎶🎉🍷🍰
