Weekday, so 30 minute run it is. Alass I was not in the mood for running. I was still a bit stiff in the legs from my run + walk on Saturday. I was kinda hoping it would rain, I would then just skip a run to let my legs relax some more. But there was no rain, so out I went, albeit grudgingly.
My mood probably had something to do with it, but I had a serious toxic 5 in which I was dragging myself along. And then I had another mild toxic 15 after in which I was running a bit better, but it still did not feel right. Only after 20 minutes I could step up the steps per minute a bit and I felt in a better rhythm and became happy I went out.
So not exactly one of my better runs, but it is another 3.36 km in the feet and to be added to my Kilimanjaro challenge and the COGH challenge.
Well done on sticking with it through the toxic part ! πSounds like the 2nd half was better so worth sticking with it and getting more Km's on your challenges , well done π
