Running back on the agenda!!

I’m not sure why I had a break from running but life just got in the way! Kept seeing all your inspirational posts. My last run had been 6 weeks ago. But yesterday I was determined and went for a run . Just under 5k. Yes I was not very fast, I was very out of breath in the first 10 mins and my face was bright red but I was so pleased I did it! How I had missed that sense of achievement and that little buzz you get at the end. But I have it back now and determined to put running back into my plans !!

Good to see you are back !Well done

But take it easy after 6 weeks, you don't want to visit the injury couch ! 👍

Yes thank you. I was very careful and lots of stretching. No aches the next day either which is good!

So pleased you got out for that enjoyable 5k. Hoping you can now make it part of a routine that fits around your other commitments. Happy running 🤗
