Slowly getting there…

I’m trying to increase my distance bit by bit without putting too much pressure on myself. This week I aimed to run 6K . I felt good, running fairly slowly. I reached 6K and thought that I could do more so I decided that it was either 7k or one hour, whichever came first. Well, I managed 7 k at exactly one hour! I was so pleased with myself and it has boosted my confidence to keep going further.

You could now pick up the Magic Plan at the 7km point. Or you could just add a km to each of your next long runs. You'll be at 10km before you know it.
