Finally left the top of the hill!

I've been getting my distance back up slowly, slowly since my injuries. My last few runs have been straight through, with no walking, so I'm getting my confidence back. No injuries now for a month. Today I ran for 44 mins & did 6K, but I ventured out beyond the top of the hill where I live and ran a different route. I've been so BORED , so it was great to get further away from home.

Yesterday should have been my first HM and I'm determined to start increasing my distance and get back to where I was.

Bring it on!

Great to see you doing distances again injury free, onwards to HM, good luck. It’s so nice to extend your route beyond what is close, makes such a difference. Happy running πŸ€—

Well done 😁
