Ideal morning for running today, dry, overcast and not too warm. I didn’t set off to do 10k just thought I would see how I felt. Felt good at the 5k mark so thought I might as well go for the 10k, because even if I didn’t run it I still had a 5k walk home!
Return leg ok until about 7.5k when I felt a slight twinge in my right knee, which I have never felt before. Hard to describe but the knee seemed to go weak for a few strides. Soon felt OK again, but decided to slow down a bit for the last couple of Km, especially as I was getting pretty warm by then.
Posted stats as proof as I must remember to ask for my 10k graduate badge this time !

Yes a lot nicer out there this morning. My previous run was Thursday evening and I seemed to spend the whole run going through clouds of insects ! Thanks for the link, will do that.
