Woke up early as per! π€£ Felt I needed to run again so had a quick glass of water and threw my gear on. Warm up walk and few stretches and was off for another 5k, same route as yesterday. I don't normally run on consecutive days bit couldnt fight the urge today. I'm just glad the urge is returning πͺπ»π€£
A minute or so slower today with a 28.22 but I wasn't pushing it and the run felt a little easier than recent weeks, breathing felt more natural and could have ran on a bit further but not really feeling up to distance running at the moment so happy to keep going at the 5ks for now. Ultimate goal a sub 25 minute 5k π€ I think it's doable π€π»cool down walk home for 3 Weetabix with a banana on top and a nice big coffee π
Day one of the return of better eating habits(yesterday) went well, lots of good healthy food and avoided snacks and treats and went to bed with a sizable calorific deficit.
