My 35 minute recovery felt reasonably comfortable today. However, the NRC app clocked my distance at 4.68km over 35 minutes whereas the treadmill had my distance as 3.56. Can’t believe how far out the app is and I’m going to have to keep an eye on that as I’ll be finishing 4K short of the target at this rate. However, I’m feeling good and on schedule.

Well done. Is the app using stride length? It may need altered. Happy running 🤗

I have given up trying to measure distance when on a treadmill. Take a look at the pace and cadence graphs for each of the recordings. That might show an issue. I now settle for a timed run when on the treadmill, rather than distance. That's my lot tomorrow!

I've never used a treadmill but NRC is usually short compared to my Garmin watch by quite a bit. Apparently it's to do with the GPS on phones being less accurate than watches but I guess that won't apply to treadmill running? In any case, it sounds like a good run for you! 😃👏👏👏 Are you doing all 5 sessions? ATM I'm only managing 3 per week 😱
