This week I have run Thursday, Saturday and Sunday (today). Yes, 2 consecutive days I know. But it will happen twice more in the coming weeks due to doctor visits and other things. And in order to fit 3 runs in 1 week, I have to run on 2 consecutive days. I choose to do this in the weekend as my body is better rested then.
Week 3 in the Start 2 Run app is 27 minutes of running / walking, which I of course did on my treadmill. Walking at 4,1 to 4,6 km/h and running at 6,1 to 6,6 km/h.
Thursday: 2,43 km / Saturday: 2,45 km / Sunday: 2,41 km.
I switch the speed between intervals from day to day, hence the differences in distance. And today morning I have run around a shopping mall for 2 hours or so fitting loads of clothes, so thought to keep it calm for my run in the afternoon.
Still loving the running on my treadmill with my running videos on my tablet, Spotify (and the S2R app) in my ears and my Runn sensor tracking my distance.
Well done Evy for your 3 days running walking treadmill. Good that your still enjoying it.I like Spotify as well mostly podcasts if I can get my earphones to stay in place. Don’t fancy these buds and have small ears as well. 😊
In the begibning I used wired earbuds. Small and well fitting, but I accidentally pulled my phone on the treadmill. Remembered I had bluetooth earbuds and am using these now. But they are a bit bigger and less confortable (older model). But they will have to do, not going to buy others while these do the job.
Hurrah Evy! Well done on those runs, you’ve obviously got the treadmill down pat now 😊. Nice to hear you’re doing so well. It’s difficult isn’t it, though, fitting it all in, we can only run when we can. All the best!
Yeah, I could go on other days. But in the end I would have to run 2 consecutive days somewhere. And then I rather wait till weekend when I am less tired.
