A very humid 5k

I say, that was like running through treacle! More fool me for not getting my backside in gear and going a bit earlier, but I don’t think it would have made much difference. Just glad it’s overcast or I’d have been on my hands and knees towards the end 😆.

Anyway, today I did a bit of a route I usually walk, always thinking oooh it’d be nice to run along here. I forgot there’s a short nasty hill, which almost finished me off 🥵.

Back home and totally dripping 💦💦💦. But as ever, pleased I made the effort. A cheery Friday everyone! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🦶

Thank you Ian, I just wish I’d gotten out the door earlier. I have a day off work and I have to say it’s nice to have a lazy coffee before doing anything!
