COGH final 5k and a PR to boot!

Well I made the decision to go out an hour later this morning - it is a Bank Holiday after all and clearly the people I normally meet had decided to do the same 🤣 nothing at all to do with all the gardening yesterday and then a glass of wine which is normally a no no for me before a running morning - but it was the best day weather day of the year so far🌞.

So to get a PR 32.19 on this run was a lovely end to a great journey with so many of you on this forum. One day I might get to the elusive 30mins but probably not on this route.
