3days off started with a walk!

We really have been lazy so decided we would go for a walk this evening, parked in our usual place by the running track, which was empty by the way, ideal for a run, walked through the park around the lake across the road and onto the beach, a good habit to form and we can still go for our run in the morning. 3 day weekend and very excited 😛

The beach was lovely but not for running, what looks flat and smooth is ridged and every so often patches of slim rocks but a great place to walk, loppers eh? 😂😳😂 they are a great tool and save climbing a ladder a lot of the time

Things kept growing without my permission while I was incapacitated, such fun! (I did enjoy it, but don't tell Mr grumpy 😁)

ha ha.... I love gardening and used to have a large one with a huge leylandii hedge and remember propping a big ladder up it taking my chainsaw up the ladder.... and climbing down again, I really don’t know why i thought i could stand at the top of a wobbly ladder welding a chainsaw, the hedge fund hen got san at head height with my feet firmly on the ground, but loppers, my huge fig tree took 3 years to forgive, once I started I couldn’t stop, what’s the point of figs ten foot up?

Wasn’t the sea calm last evening Sola? We went for an evening run for a change and sat by the sea for an hour afterwards. Lovely to see local families enjoying themselves at the start of half term.

Yes it was really calm not a lot of windsurfers out but the peace was lov my, just to sit and look is perfect, isn’t it warm? just got back from a run and drenched
