App frozen

Help, my NRC app has stopped working!

I love the guided runs, but today every time I press start, it freezes.

Any suggestions?

Perhaps you should delete it and then reinstall it, maybe someone with more tech knowledge than me could help you.

I used to work in IT tech support - the standard answer there was "reboot"

Much as I hate to suggest it, try turning your phone right off and then turning it on again

I can do Norn Iron and somewhere in the SW corner, but Dublin has an accent all its own.

You just have to find your phraseMy phrase for Northern Ireland is "ham sandwiches" which is really weird, but it gets me into the accent

For my dad's accent, it's just stuff he used to say to me when I was living there

like "whisht up", "how are the kids", I grew up with it, so it's easier

Thanks, I had already turned the phone off, then on, but an hour later & the phone turned itself off, when I turned it back on, tried the app, it’s all working, Hurrah!
