20 minute run and it felt good!

Haven't run for two weeks, due to the injury saga that has been going on for two months now.

But this morning I did 10 mins running, 2 mins walking, 10 mins running. I was really pleased that I could still run without getting out of breath or having a stitch! Splits were all under 7mins, which is good for me, although I wasn't trying to go fast! I've been in a good mood all day, just because I got out and did it and so far... NOTHING HURTS! (Ask me tomorrow!)

Happy running everyone 😊

That's a brilliant comeback and as you say best of all if nothing hurts. Long may it continue πŸ‘πŸ˜Š

Good injury has kept away hope it lasts. I’m still on the walking but enjoying it. 😊

Well done! You really need to run with it (no pun intended) when nothing hurts πŸ˜†. Those runs where everything is smooth and lovely, how wonderful. All the best πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘.

Brilliant effort getting back out after 2 weeks and great split times. I hope this is the start of the return to injury free runs. Happy running πŸ€—
