Haven't run for two weeks, due to the injury saga that has been going on for two months now.
But this morning I did 10 mins running, 2 mins walking, 10 mins running. I was really pleased that I could still run without getting out of breath or having a stitch! Splits were all under 7mins, which is good for me, although I wasn't trying to go fast! I've been in a good mood all day, just because I got out and did it and so far... NOTHING HURTS! (Ask me tomorrow!)
Happy running everyone π

Well done! You really need to run with it (no pun intended) when nothing hurts π. Those runs where everything is smooth and lovely, how wonderful. All the best πππΌπ.
