After a VERY frustrating two & a half weeks I think/hope I'm off the injury couch. Ran for about 2 mins on Weds morning when I was out with the dog and all was well, so this morning I donned my running gear and went out. I was only going to do 5 mins as a test, but found it very hard to stop & nothing hurt, so I did 10. Slight hill, so that would have been a good test for my calf. At the moment nothing hurts. π
Really hoping I can pick up my training for the Great West Run in May.
