Well Iβve finally managed to run for 20 minutes again. Last time I did that it was the beginning of November. I restarted C25k about 7 weeks ago and have had a few niggles on the way but today I have finally completed W 5 r3. So Iβm very pleased with myself. Wonβt get out to run till Tuesday now as I have the family coming for a long weekend but Iβm really pleased that so far nothing seems to be hurting ( hip or heel). π€£π€£π€£ Onwards and upwards as they say. Thatβs fantastic Scruff55, well done. I did run one week one on Monday and havenβt been out since! I have been to the gym though, swimming, Pilates and body pump so not too bad. I do want to get running again though. Iβll keep reading your posts and hopefully your motivation will rub off on me! Happy running πββοΈ
