Well it started well, and then.......

I haven’t managed to get out for a couple of weeks having ricked my back, and yesterday I had my second jab, so when I set off this morning it was sort of a personal experiment to see where I am right now fitness wise. All started well, past the sheep with their lambs jumping up and down really lovely. Then two riders on a couple of white chargers, clippety clop, out on their Sunday walk. Past two more runners, and several people on their bikes. Then on past a grey and white Dulux dog who didn’t seem to like me much! All going well, and feeling good, over the crest of the hill and there it was. A huge big mass of rubbish dumped on the edge of a field, rolls of insulation, bags of rubbish and the like. What a shame, and how is that OK? On my walm down walk back I reported it in, and nearly let it ruin my run......until one of those lambs came to the fence as I walked by, it looked at my quizzically, seemed to smile then ran off. Suddenly my faith in life had been restored!

Oh that's such a shame to come across fly-tipping on what otherwise sounds like a perfect run. Well done for calling it in. Let's hope it is all removed quickly before it attracts more people with the same idea.
