Long post sorry....I did it!!!!! Finally!!! I reached 5k. π yes I graduated from c25k a few weeks ago but just could not muster the stamina for a 5k. I just kept going today....it wasnβt easy and I wanted to stop quite a few times but I did it. 43 mins but a starter to build on and in the lovely sunshine βοΈ
I hope this gives some hope to others who may have hit the 30mins wall! This also means a lot as I was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease a few weeks ago which came as a huge shock and has spurred me on to keep fit. One of the side effects of this hidden condition is fatigue. No matter how fit I feel and how much I have hydrated before I run my energy saps quickly which I find frustrating. To others out there struggling with hidden conditions- keep going - xx

Wow! Thatβs amazing. Well done - and without stopping! (I love running too but let myself take too many walk breaks!)
Itβs such a brilliant feeling when a run goes well and must feel even better after youβve had so much to contend with. Congratulations!!! ππππ»ππ»ππ»
