W6R3 Started with a bit of a wobble this morning thank you Coach Couchphoenix for your advice 🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅
I felt a little anxious stepping up running to 25 minutes today and was doubting myself that I would be able to do this, so I made a pact with myself that if I did feel I had to stop, it was fine to do so🦄🦄🦄🦄🦄🦄🦄🦄🦄🦄🦄🦄🦄🦄
I did my normal 5 minute warm up walk up to Clapham common. What a beautiful morning, it felt lovely in the sunshine 🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞I must say there felt a real buzz on the street, shops open, queues for the barbers and the gym open 🦄🌈🦄🌈🦄🌈🦄🌈🦄🌈🦄🌈🦄🌈
I started off running slowly and steady and after about 5 minutes I felt I had settled down into the run. I Felt strong and comfortable. I hadn’t really thought about a route but I decided to run across Clapham Common, past the tennis courts 🎾🎾🎾🎾🎾🎾🎾🎾🎾🎾🎾🎾🎾🎾🎾🎾and then because I was feeling confident I decided to run up to Wandsworth Common 🌳🌲🌳🌲🌳🌲🌳🌲🌳🌲🌳🌲🌳🌲🌳🌲🌳and along the common 🦆🦆🦆🦆🦆🦆🦆🦆OMG it felt so amazing and I felt like I was running at a good speed ⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️I couldn’t believe how quickly the run went and when Sarah said I just had one minute left to run and could speed up if I felt able to, i did!! It felt so fantastic and I really felt like I am back!!!
I am starting Week 7, Run 1 on Wednesday and hope to finish week 7 by the end of this werk.
