That 1-hour 10-minute walk along the side of the river must have been very good, such a lovely day although a bit on the cold side after the warmth of last week, another lovely photograph, I hope you had a great Easter.

We had a good one thanks Al, hope you did too, it was very chilly out this evening but we kept moving

I had a very good Easter, walked/ran 39 Kilometers since Friday for COGH and rounded off a great long weekend with a Pizza this evening, I don't eat too many Pizza's, the last one I ate was around 7 weeks ago, so that was a little treat.

It was weird because we drove to the river but the road was closed so we parked by the bridge we usually cross and walked to where we usually go for an evening river walk but couldn’t see why the road was closed so walked our usual circle and then back with lots of ball throwing and chatter

It was a nice evening for a walk here in Staffordshire too 🌞🕶 hope Mr Garmin gave you credit for all those steps 👣

Mr Garmin said I was doing yoga but luckily grandsons garmin logged 4.1 kilometres, it’s always lovely to be outside

I did 4.45k this evening 😁 it's my longest walk since injuring myself and I really enjoyed the weather, brisk but sunny 🌞🕶 glad you're getting some time with family as well as time in the great outdoors 😁👍

I’m lucky they live close so outside meeting dog walks are easy, glad you got a walk in too it’s lovely to be able to

I saw two of my sons on Saturday 😁👍 happy days, we managed to chat in the garden until 9pm with the aid of the chiminea, coats, hot food 😂

That’s just wonderful, not back to normal but a step in the right direction

I have to say that an hour plus of yoga would be pushing it a bit! 😂

Lovely photo 🥰

Yes it would it’s happened before though as garmin goes, run walk yoga so sometimes a run logs as a fast walk and sometimes walk logs as yoga, luckily another garmin wearer logged it so i know that we walked 4.1 kilometres which is enough at the end of the day, then there was all the bending to pick up and throw the ball for the dog

Sounds like a good workout then!

Easily done I think Sola - I set mine to treadmill by mistake once, which gave an interesting result at the end of my 5k! Looks like you had a lovely walk though!
