wasn’t expecting that

Well after the start to the week that I had I wasn’t expecting to complete week 6 but after resting up till Thursday I decided to try run 2 of week 6 and did it without any adverse side effects so I pencilled the final run in for today provided I didn’t feel any pain. So this morning I was up and out. Smile on my face and W6 r3 with Laura started. And I completely smashed it. I really can’t believe it I’m so pleased with myself. Woohoo 🙌🎉🎉 happy running 🏃‍♀️ And rest well if you’re on the IC.
