Beautiful morning a wee bit frost but good temperature at 7am. Good time for running not many people about and not much traffic. PB36.09 one of your older runners . Think those 5km walks between runs helping. Can’t understand how my back sacroiliac joint is better running than walking. Have a good day🤗
