Good morning runners! Happy Monday to all and is that the sun I see?! Hope so ๐ค๐ป had my garden fenced last week and have been and bought loads of plants but the lawn is way to muddy and trampled to work on yet. Few dry days and I can get to digging and planting ready for the summer ๐ I'm not an amazing gardener having only discovered my enjoyment of it in the last few years but it is an amazingly relaxing way to spend some time and watching plants you have out into the earth grow and flower is extremely satisfying.
Wait this is a running forum, not gardeners world!๐คฃ I have also managed a Monday morning 10k in 1hr2minutes, it was a massive struggle of in honest and really didn't feel like running, the first half seemed to take forever but the rising sunshine and increasing temperature put a smile on my face and the second half went more smoothly.
I hope everyone running today enjoys the improvement in the weather ๐๐ป

That's great, it's always good when a run ends better than it started ๐๐๐๐ Hope you get a few dry days so you can make your garden all lovely with all those new plants๐ค
Incredible, isnโt it? I love watching our progress. Turn my back for half a day and then, bam, weโve smashed another milestone! Weโve a new feature on the COGH site, I noticed, called My Runs.
Plans for the garden sound great, any chance you could nip round here, we've a big garden, needs looking after ๐คฃ glad you got a 10k in, my last one seems ages ago now, feel ready for another one, maybe at weekend ๐ค
