Good morning runners, managed to get out for only my second run of the week this morning, yesterday's planned run was curtailed by gremlins who heard the wind and rain lashing at my window and for once won the battle and made me stay in. Today I won, bad weather or not I was going!
It was slow and long, even the Thursday Murder Club didn't pass the time any quicker π€£ it was a lot of uphill, I even tackled running up Ormesby Bank (spot that on my splits π€£) and of my fellow Boro runners will tell you, isn't the most pleasent slope to get up! I made it though so feel good I've achieved that πͺπ»
Despite the relatively slow pace I'm glad to have got out and not let the gremlins win for a second day.
I hope everybody is well and hope you all have a great weekend ππ»

Well done Jericho πππ that must be a hard hill to get up π₯΅ but still makes me laugh looking at your pace then π₯΅ that would be mine, downhill with π¨π¨π¨ behind me!!!Did an evening run on tue, which was hard work, out of practice with these after work runs, but will be back on furlough over easter, so back to day runs. πββοΈ
Good to hear your still getting out ππ» I've still not attempted late running but may give it a go in the summer when the nights are longer and the weather a little more agreeable π€£
Back on furlough already? Is that just because of Easter holiday period or has there been outbreak at work?
