My first 15km!

β€’11 Replies

Morning runners! So after arguing with the gremlins for a good 15 minutes I finally got myself out the door, found my rhythm quite quickly and in my lane I stayed, I knew I wanted to do a bit more than last week which was 11.5km, I saw the sun come up a much welcomed sight, 😎 I felt like I was out so long I might see it go down too!! Anyway I plodded on and finally after a cockerpoo decided to run for a bit with me in the park I made it home, checked my watch and very happy 15km exactly 1 hour and 30minutes. Won't break any records but very content with that. Happy Sunday everyone.

What a brilliantly long run, well done, a great pace too. Another 1.1km and you'll reach 10 miles. You get a badge for that on the marathon forum πŸ˜‰ happy running πŸ€—

What!! 😲 only 1.1km and I would have made 10 miles!! I'm not sure I had another kilometer in me but it's a future goal to aim for, thankyou. 😁

Last week 11.5, this week 15. Have a short week, slow it down then you could finish January or start February with 10 milesπŸ™†β€β™€οΈ

Well done Hidden ! And I don't know about not breaking records, that's a very good pace and certainly a hell of a lot faster than I can manage 15k. :)
