Feeling real low this week- no reason (which makes it even MORE annoying!)- so I kicked my arse hard and ran!!!!- 8k, 6k and 5k. Hoping to get to 9k next week.

Brilliant effort, running is fantastic for lifting moods. Before running I used to head out for walk, but somehow running is soooo much better. Enjoy your journey to 10k. Happy running 🤗
Oh well done! I need someone like you to kick my backside and get me going. I am getting out there but I'm faffing so much around getting going the the magic plan distance.... It's taking forever 🙄

Always run. If you feel low, it’s harder to get yourself out the door, but it’ll sort you out no end. Always keep in mind the post run high to motivate 👌🏽
