Felt crappy this week- so I RAN!

Feeling real low this week- no reason (which makes it even MORE annoying!)- so I kicked my arse hard and ran!!!!- 8k, 6k and 5k. Hoping to get to 9k next week.

Brilliant work Teresa. I don’t think there’s much rhyme or reason to anyone feeling low right now. It’s understandable, almost a given. Well done for rallying though! 👊🏼 Hope running helped a treat 💛

Brilliant effort, running is fantastic for lifting moods. Before running I used to head out for walk, but somehow running is soooo much better. Enjoy your journey to 10k. Happy running 🤗

Yes, I used to walk about 35miles a week- but running gives me a much better 'lift' !

Oh well done! I need someone like you to kick my backside and get me going. I am getting out there but I'm faffing so much around getting going the the magic plan distance.... It's taking forever 🙄

I am the 'queen of faffing' !!!- but I kick arse real HA D sometimes!- I just have to keep telling myself how much better I know I'll feel after- just gotta kick those gremlins to the kerb!!

Always run. If you feel low, it’s harder to get yourself out the door, but it’ll sort you out no end. Always keep in mind the post run high to motivate 👌🏽
