Against my head saying no and body saying yes, I headed out to my well trodden windfarm trails.
I have never run in deep powdery snow, it was -4 and felt like -10 at least. It certainly gave me a good workout, albeit one of my slowest runs. Really enjoyed it although a bit scary. Not so bad as I would do it again!!!😱
Stats 7.63km in 1.06.16 and the last run on JJMP timed plan. Hopefully onto the distance plan next week.🤞
Safe running to everyone in this weather. ❄👍.

Hi Alvor, good to hear from someone who is familiar with this place. Usually it’s blowing a gale and makes the running equally as challenging. The snow is a pleasant diversion.
It was fun but hard, the old legs are telling me so tonight. Wish I could send you some snow!!❄️❄️
Wow, what a great run, sounds exhilarating and that sure looks wintery, so cold 🥶, I’ll look forward to having a go one day, not one single flake of snow here in Norfolk 😀
Well done! It certainly looks very white up there. It must have been tough going through that snow! 🥶 But yes - I can get that it would be exhilarating too!
That snow looks wonderful, we just seem to have never ending ice. That was a great workout run, a wonderful new experience for you. Well done. Happy running 🤗
I’m super impressed you even attempted this run- I would have been admiring the snow from the comfort of a toasty house! Must have left so good after completing it. 🙌🏻
When you’re up in the wind farm tracks it is magical in the snow. Usually have it all to myself and in these times it’s good to get away by yourself.🙏🏼
