This felt much harder today for some reason. I think it’s the weather effecting how I’m feeling as it is very grey and feels ‘heavy’ outside 🤔🥴. Not sure if that description makes any sense 🤷‍♀️🤗

Fartlek. Swedish for "Speed play". I suspect "leg" would be Danish instead.

Think you are right. I generally get the feeling the other way around (if this makes sense): when the sun shines, especially in winter, I’m desperate to get out.

I totally get what you mean by 'heavy' weather..... the dark does the same to me. And as I've not been able to get out much during daylight hours (3 kids at home & now one back from uni), I'm finding it much harder to get out there.

I must try Coach Bennett's Fartlek tomorrow!
