Well I went out this morning after a 7 day break of running ( although I did try to run on Christmas Eve but it was toooooo icyπ€£π€£) today was cold -3 but off I went on a new route thinking it might be less icy and safer. However it was soooo cold. Took me a long time to warm up and by that time my music had gone AWOL so fiddled with radio and got that working. Different!!!!!! Then to the track by the railway a bit icy but more dangerous was the π Poo. Negotiated that track crossed the road and down towards the river my was it cold down there. Actually speeded up as it was soooo cold. Got to the churchyard and through it and I was done as I was back on icy pavements. A quick careful walk home to hot drink and nice hot shower πββοΈπββοΈπ§βππββοΈπ§βππββοΈπ§βππββοΈNot a brilliant run but a run nonetheless πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈHappy running

Well done!! It was snow here in Manchester but I have to be honest and admit that even without the snow I wouldnβt have had a run. I just need to bite the bullet now and stop being so lazy!
No snow here in the NE of Manchester. Just a few flakes on Christmas Day which didn't stick. Places on higher ground, like Oldham and Rossendale did get a fair bit, though.
No snow here up in north Cumbria just very very coldπ₯Άπ₯Άπ₯Άπ₯Ά
