Hiya running gang!

I just had to let you all know that today I ran for a whole hour, finishing the timed version of the magic plan!!

Mrs A hasn’t been too well this week but has managed a couple of short runs, but didn’t join me on this one...but we plan to go out and get her completing the plan in the next week or two when she is feeling better.

I won’t lie, the last five minutes were a bit of a killer, but I was feeling strong and motivated and smashed it! 👊🏼💥

I got a bit emotional at the end, feeling a bit proud of myself, what a good achievement before Xmas! Thanks for all your support and good advice!

Next challenge, 10k! Happy runnings gang! 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️🙌🏼🎄🎅🏽🤩
