I’m so chuffed, I managed a whole hour today, OK I ‘yomped’ somewhere between a slow jog and a walk, up the really steep bits and I was well off 10k but I managed well over 7k and 70m of climb. Just over 6 weeks after coming out of 12 weeks on the IC I’m over the moon!!

Delighted for you. Well done, that 1st 60min run is a major milestone. Go grab your badge. Happy running 🤗

Wow, so delighted for you, 🌙, such great news, what encouraging news too for anyone in the IC , very well done getting through a tough time and back out up those hills, a great distance too for your first 60 mins, I can see a 10k coming your way 🎉💐🍾🌲🤗

Thank you Mrs J, really feel like I’m back now, still really slow but not worried about that, I’m feeling so much fitter now!

That's fantastic news! So glad you didn't give up after your time on the IC! Injuries can actually make us stronger and more aware of what we are doing. Good luck with your runs.

Thank you everyone, couldn’t have done it without all the encouragement and my hip actually feels really ‘free’ even after the run!!

Congratulations! An hour_with hills. Superimpressed_I'm still sticking to a route that has only very gentle slopes. Not brave enough for hills yet !!

Well done🏆!

I’m super impressed by this. I’m just starting out (currently doing 30 minutes consolidation runs after completing c25k). But I think super impressed should always be the response to your fantastic achievement. Well done!
