So again last night prepped gear ready...

Rubbish nights sleep again , on and off all night alarm at 6 got snoozed.. then at 6:30 I could hear rain on my attic window and just thought nope not happening today...

So online I went and booked a slot at the gym....let's try a indoor run ... found a lunch break slot brilliant 👏....

Then the fear kicked in ... never used a treadmill feared a you've been framed £250 moment would happen.... got few tips from friends on setting up etc....

Ventured out of my bed ... saw the running clothes guilting me...

Looked out window rain had cleared n thought safer than treadmill ha ha...

Headed out and bagged myself another 10km whoop whoop and I'm buzzing I got out there actually...

Now to cancel the gym slot as I'm not running twice.. lol that would be just toooo much !

I've never run on a treadmill. Walked, but never run. I don't think I'd like it as much as getting out in the real world.

Well done on the 10km, and at a fair lick of speed, too. 👍

Brilliant effort, outside is always the best, and even if it does rain it only goes skin deep. Happy running 🤗

I’ve only ran on a treadmill for my gait analysis and the man said ‘wow wow you’re only going 3mph, walk....’ 😆🤦‍♀️ I hated every bit of it. It’s outside only for me. It truly was a £250 moment. I don’t think it helped I wasn’t pressing my own buttons. Things like that you need to control yourself don’t you. Glad you enjoyed your run! X
