Up & at 'em at the crack of dawn. A nice 5k with a bit more intent as am participating in roseabi's speed challenge, so ploddle was a little bit speedier. Don't want burnout 🤣

It's lovely early, just finding that out since doing this running malarky. And the sunrise was beautiful but I didn't wanna stop my flow to take a pic. No sun now tho. 🙄
